Clinical Magnet (Part of ICON Medical) is looking for a Registered Nurse Manager to join our partner's full-time team in the Roanoke, VA area.

This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity.

Key Responsibilities For The RN Manager, Home Care

Leadership & Supervision (90%)

• Provide day-to-day supervision and leadership to the home care staff.
• Oversee hiring, training, performance reviews, and corrective actions in accordance with organizational policies.
• Monitor scheduling, payroll, and overtime usage to ensure efficiency.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture across staff and departments.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and leadership check-ins.
• Ensure high-quality care through participant feedback and plan of care audits.
• Serve on the Interdisciplinary Team, attending meetings to coordinate participant care.
  
  

Participant Care (10%)

• Conduct in-home assessments to determine participant needs and coordinate personalized care plans.
• Deliver supportive and restorative nursing care, medication management, and health counseling.
• Reassess participant status regularly to ensure care remains appropriate and effective.
• Maintain up-to-date and compliant medical documentation.
  
  

Key Requirements For The RN Manager, Home Care

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with current Virginia licensure.
• 2+ years of RN experience, with emphasis on geriatric care.
• Strong leadership experience—direct people management, scheduling, and staff development.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Current BLS and First Aid certifications (American Heart Association or Red Cross accepted).
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
  
  

Compensation And Schedule For The RN Manager, Home Care

• Target salary is $95,000–$115,000, dependent on experience.
• Full-time position, Monday through Friday (day shift).
