Conference Planning Meeting

We are having our next planning meeting August 20th at 7pm. It is a very important meeting where we will discuss, table set up, decorations, door prizes, and introductions of our speakers. Among other things. Please plan to attend this meeting if you having been to planning meetings in the passed.
